Appointment no call/no show policy: A “no call/no show” is a client who misses an appointment without notifying the hospital of cancellation prior to the start time of the appointment. The first time there is a “no call/no show,” we will contact you to inform you of the missed appointment and remind you of our “no call/no show” policy. You will be required to prepay the $97 exam fee to schedule another appointment, which will go towards the cost of that visit. If the following appointment is missed without cancellation, the $97 deposit will be retained by the hospital.
