Our Our Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule for ANY reason, kindly contact us at least 24 hours of the appointment. If the cancellation occurs same-day or you miss the appointment, a deposit equal to the appointment fee is required to reschedule. This deposit will be applied to your next visit unless there is another late cancellation or no-show, in which case it will be forfeited.
Our New Patient Medical Records
For all new patient appointments, please email all previous hospitals’ complete medical records/important medical information to our email sevenhills@dvm.com. We require all your pets’ medical records prior to their first examination. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the appointment.
